چکیده

Workplace bullying has consistently been observed to have negative impacts on employee well-being by researchers. In the field of research, there hasn't a study that integrates mediators and explains nexus between many different factors studied. Therefore, this aimed determine impact workers' performance at hotels in North Cyprus mediating role played emotional intelligence psychological resilience. Data were randomly collected from 442 hotel employees, including those five- four-star island. The data analysed using descriptive analysis. Furthermore, heuristic model was tested partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). According results, workplace significantly negatively influences an employee's performance. Secondly, resilience positively mediated relationship among TRNC employees. More cross-cultural longitudinal research is needed if these enduring effect over time across cultures.
